Pipeline Overview
Our goal is to identify, develop, and commercialize the next generation of therapies for new treatments for cardiovascular diseases. Our approach is simple: by leveraging our significant scientific and medical resources, we identify and in-license premium drug candidates that we develop either independently or through soundly structured collaborations with external partners. We are currently building a balanced, robust and diverse portfolio of effective, targeted, new treatments to address unmet needs.

Our current compound in development includes:

INDI-702
INDI-702 is in late-stage development seeking an indication for reduction of symptoms of intermittent claudication (IC) in patients with peripheral arterial disease. INDI-702 is in Phase III clinical development. Phase IIb/III study data with INDI-702 has been published recently in Journal of American College of Cardiology (December 19, 2006; J Am Col Cardiol 2006; 48:2539-45).

We believe that we would be able to file a US new drug application, or NDA and an application in Europe for INDI-702 in 2010/2011. INDI-702 is for the treatment of intermittent claudication which is in Phase III clinical development program in (early) 2008.
